This is an Uyuni 5 star experience. Their goal is to be the best restaurant in Uyuni and I have to say they do a great job. Food on point. Friendly service. Fresh ingredients. Small suggestions for the owners: lower the tables a few centimeters. Fix the floors.
One of the best restaurants I've tried in Latin America! I had the steak and it was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. The service was exceptional and food even more so. I highly recommend this restaurant
This is a really good quality restaurant. Prices are higher than other local restaurant but you get a good portion and good quality. Stuff is really nice and kind. The taste of the food is really good.
Waldo was awesome and the food was phenomenal. I wasn’t actually planning to come to this restaurant — I was just passing by. However, the place immediately caught my attention because it looked very tidy, beautifully decorated, and clean. After checking the reviews and seeing how highly rated it was, I decided to give it a try. Most of the ingredients are locally sourced from Bolivia, which made the experience feel very authentic. The menu was truly inspiring — not just typical tourist food, but a thoughtful culinary fusion of traditional Bolivian flavors with modern creativity. The service was excellent, warm, and attentive throughout the visit. If you ever come to this area, I highly recommend this restaurant.
We discovered Ensis by chance, as there weren’t many reviews yet. The photos looked appealing, so we decided to give it a try for dinner, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We started with an onion soup, which was absolutely outstanding in flavor. After that, we shared two salads: a tomato salad and a Caesar salad. Both were superb, fresh, perfectly seasoned, and not too heavy. The highlight of the evening was the steak with Bordelaise sauce and mashed potatoes. We would love to find something to critique, but everything was simply excellent and incredibly well prepared. We chose a matching wine for each course, and of course the Tannat was the standout, the perfect pairing with the main dish. For dessert, we treated ourselves to a crème brûlée, again flawless and delicious, just pure praise for the chef! One more thing: unlike the typical practice in Peru/Bolivia, the waiter did not ask us to leave a review. We are writing this entirely voluntarily because we genuinely enjoyed the experience. We would love to come back!
