Description
We start at the historic Alcaldía plaza, the heart of La Paz, where your guide will welcome you to a morning full of authentic tastes and local stories.
We will eat:
- Salteñas: We’ll start the tour with iconic salteñas, juicy meat-filled pastries spiced to perfection. ( There is a vegetarian option )
- Relleno de Papa: Next, enjoy relleno de papa, a delicious potato ball stuffed with meat and spices.
Have you watched the Netflix street food serie ? We will visit the famous lady
- Tumbo Juice: made from a native Andean fruit.
Then we take the cable car to go to El Alto city where we'll try...
- The peanut pasta 'soup' : it is not a soup it's pasta fried with peanut and maybe beaf or eggs on top.
Then we walk around a local market where you will see a variety of our organic products used in local couisine.
After we come back to La Paz and we end the tour with a cinnamon ice cream at the San Pedro prison, adding a sweet touch to your culinary adventure.
Throughout the walk, your guide will share stories of the women who prepare these dishes, the markets that feed La Paz, and the culture behind every bite.
This isn’t just breakfast — it’s a journey through La Paz’s soul.
