Great Hostel! The beds are clean and comfortable with curtains for privacy. The showers and toilets are always kept clean and the patio is very pleasant to hangout and meet new people. The location is also ideal, 10 minutes walking from the Witches Market and the central square/old town. There is a cable car station right next to the hostel, as well as plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenient stores. I always ended up coming back to this hostel because my travel destinations always brought me back to La Paz, I ended up staying for around a month there in total! The deals for all the tours booked via the hostel are also interesting, usually better than what travel agencies offer. Only downside is that there is no kitchen available, but there is a restaurant service instead. Maybe an addition could be to have some hot water available 24/7, to make tea, mate, etc, which could especially be helpful for the people which need to acclimate to the altitude! The women only bedroom should also be at the same price as the mixed bedrooms :o Although there is a bar in the hostel, it closes at midnight, which will allow you to sleep and wake up early for your tours. A huge thank you to Will from the bar, who always gave the best tips and insights, and for his great energy, which made it very pleasant to be around the bar :)

We don't want to be so petty but we think there are some nice things to know when you're sleeping there. The beds are comfortable. If you're tall it's missinhg the normal 10cm. Plus a nice common space to chill. If you wan't to party you can do this all night long on weekends they don't care that the bar is on the same level as the dorms. In the morning the shower is normally not heating up so get ready for a cold start in your day. Also, the showers are really small, although there are several cabins you can't be showering at the same time as the others because there is nor room or door to close if you want to change. The toilets are minimal standard clean, sometimes there is no toilet paper or you can't close the door properly, so somebody can easily enter. You can also let your laundry be washed for almost double the street price and it get's back not very clean and with holes in your clothes. But overall just the normal hostel experience:)

I had a very good stay at Saint Peter’s Llama Hostel in La Paz. The atmosphere is lively and social, especially because of the bar dynamics, it’s easy to meet other travelers and join activities, which makes the experience much more fun. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when it came to giving information for tourists. They clearly explain tours, transportation, and what to do in and around La Paz. It’s also very convenient that they offer ready-made tour packages directly at the hostel, which saves time and makes planning much easier. The only small downside for me was that they charged for coca tea. After traveling in Peru, where coca tea was usually offered for free to help with altitude sickness, this felt a bit unexpected. Overall, it’s a great hostel with a good vibe, helpful staff, and excellent organization for travelers. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again. A big hug to the guys in the bar, you’re the best!

I stayed here for a week and had a fantastic experience. The beds were comfy and the showers were warm. Its location is perfect for getting around La Paz. It had a fun but laid back vibe which was perfect for starting out on a 3 month backpacking trip. The bartender Josep holds a special place in my heart, he was fun and accommodating and exactly the kind of positive vibe you'd want from a hostel bar. 10/10 would reccomed st peters.
