Itinerary
Day 1: Pickup from your hotel or bus station around 10:30 am to begin the tour. Visit the Cementerio de Trenes, an abandoned train graveyard southwest of Uyuni. Travel across salt flats, passing salt eyes and Incahuasi Island, with opportunities for distinctive photography. End day one at the water mirrors to view the sunset reflecting the expansive sky before returning to the hostel.
Day 2: Departure at 9:30 am. Visit the Mining Museum in Pulacayo, the colonial church in Tomave, and regional hot springs. Photograph local animals such as vicuñas, llamas, and sheep. Explore the Green Lagoon, Laguna Orko Kasilla, and the New World Desert.
