On December 6, 1986, the couple formed by Engineer Juan Carlos Medina Anzoátegui and Mrs. Rosa Parada de Medina inaugurated a restaurant where you could taste the typical Cambas flavors, at a time when the influence of other lands was already beginning to modify the regional gastronomic legacy.

With great entrepreneurial vision, they had detected that Santa Cruz de la Sierra did not have a place specialized in Creole cuisine, served with the category required by a high-level establishment.
