This full-day excursion to the Uyuni Banderas Salt Flats offers guided transportation for up to 15 people in your group, with capacity for 5 passengers per guide and 4X4 vehicle. With so much to cover, it is best to leave the itinerary and driving to a guide. The tour starts at approximately 06:00 hours. will visit: Salar de Uyuni Begin your tour at 10:30 am with a visit to the Uyuni 'train cemetery' to see the first locomotives in Bolivia. Then visit the small settlement of Colchani (salt miners' workshops), see crafts made of salt and textile art made of llama and alpaca. Take photos as you navigate the vast white expanse of salt. Then, visit the “Ojos de Agua Salada”, a hotel made entirely of salt that is currently used as a museum. Dakar Monument and the Famous Flag Island. (Where you can put your flag for free) Lunch will be served near 'Incahuasi Island', then you will have time to hike to the top of the island to see giant cacti and rock formations made of petrified coral.
