Embark on an adventure-filled 2-day tour of the Lake Titicaca area. Discover some of the highlights of Puno, Uros, Taquile, Cusco and its surroundings. Make stops with enough time to absorb the local atmosphere and enjoy the main attractions. Spend the night in Puno and savor tasty local cuisine along the way. Day 1: Cusco to Puno with stops Pick up from your hotel at 06:30 to go to the Puno tourist bus station. During the trip, enjoy several exciting stops at different tourist centers and attractions. Begin with a 35-minute tour of the surprising temple of Andahuaylillas, the Sistine Chapel of America. Later, explore the Raqchi archaeological park, before arriving at Sicuani, where you can sit down to a buffet lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the beautiful Paso de la Raya, surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Explore the Pukara Lithic Museum. When you arrive in Puno, they will be waiting to accompany you to your hotel. Day 2: Puno, Uros, Taquile, Cusco The second day will begin early with hotel pickup at 07:15 and transfer to the port of Puno. Board the boat and head towards the territory of the aurochs, where you will participate in a cultural demonstration that will allow you to discover their way of life. Visit the Taquile Islands and learn about the local culture. You can also take a beautiful walk full of photo opportunities. In the afternoon you will stop for lunch at a local restaurant with a menu of fried trout and quinoa soup where you can see the life of the Taquileños. You will return to Puno in the afternoon, around 4:00 p.m. You'll then return to the hotel waiting room, before heading out to dinner on your own. At 9:15 p.m., transportation will arrive to take you to the bus station, where you will depart at 10:00 p.m. At 05:00 you will arrive at the Cuzco station, where the tour will end.
