Day 1 We start the tour from the Salt Desert office at 10:30 a.m. We will visit the Train Cemetery Train Cemetery 3 kilometers from the city of Uyuni where we can see more than 20 oldest locomotives from the 19th century, manufactured in England and France. Colchani Here we can see the processing of Salt in a rustic factory, also many crafts made of Salt and llama and alpaca crafts. Uyuni Salt Flat It is the largest salt flat in the world with more than 12,000 km2. left by long-evaporated prehistoric lakes, covered by quilted, polygonal and hexagonal patterns of salt rising from the ground. where we have many stops for photos and where we can see the eyes of Salt Flats, the Dakar monument, the Playa Blanca salt museum where we have lunch and then we will continue to the center of Salt Flats and we have time for fun photos after that. We will go to Incahuasi Island. Incahuasi Island here we can see the giant cactus and we can climb this island where you have a nice view around the salt flats Day 2 Chiguana salt flat, Cañapa, Hedionda, Colorado lagoons. Ollague Volcano after breakfast we will go to the Salar de Chiguana where we can observe the chain of volcanoes around. Then we stop at the Ollague Volcano viewpoint where we can observe this semi-active volcano that is located on the border between Bolivia and Chile. Canapa Lagoon here we can see the beautiful landscape and 3 different species of flamingos James, Andean and Chilean Siloli Desert This is the highest desert in the world at 5450 meters above sea level. where you can see the colorful mountains Stone Tree A 7 meter tall stone tree, it owes its rather unusual shape to the strong winds and rains that have eroded its soft sandstone stem over millions of years. Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve of Andean Fauna here we have to pay 150 bolivianos for the entrance - fee because we will be in the park until the next day Laguna Colorada this lake has 60 km2. The rich red coloration is derived from algae and plankton, also the white color is because there are minerals such as sodium, magnesium, borax where we can see thousands of flamingos when we can walk along the side of the lagoon. Huayllajara We will arrive at the town of Huayllajara where we will spend the night in a basic hostel with a private room but a shared bathroom. Day 3 Geysers, hot springs, Salvador Daly desert, green lagoon Sol de la Manana Geyser This is a volcanic area at more than 4850 meters, it is a basin of Geysers with bubbling clay pots, you can see fumaroles of sulfur vapors. and there are more than 2 craters where we can see boiling lava when the sun rises. Polques Hot Springs Salvador Dali Desert green lagoon
