Day 1 From Uyuni to Tahua Uyuni Salt Flat Will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. m. and will visit the train graveyard before heading to the Great Salt Lake. On the way you will meet the town of Colchani, where you will see an artisanal salt processing plant. Incahuasi Island Then you will enter the Salar de Uyuni and head to Incahuasi Island where you can observe the famous giant cacti. Tunupa Volcano Next, you will find the town of Coqueza located at the foot of the Tunupa Volcano on the banks of the Salar. You will spend the night in a salt hotel with private rooms. If time permits, you can head to the shores of the salt flat to witness an impressive sunset. After dinner, enjoy an evening stroll near the hotel for stargazing. Day 2 From Tahua to Uyuni Coke Watch the sunrise from near the hotel followed by an optional breakfast in the salt flat or at the hotel. You will then continue the journey to the Chandani Art Museum, followed by a visit to Coquesa. Here you will climb to the top of the Tunupa volcano for panoramic views of the salt flats. Next, visit the mummy cave before a slow descent to the base of the volcano. Uyuni You will then begin the journey back to Uyuni, enjoying breakfast along the way and a dazzling sunset.Includes
