Beautiful and peaceful place with the most hospitable and friendly staff. They even stored our bags whilst we stayed at Isla del Sol overnight, and provided bathroom with shower to freshen up the next day before our night bus. We’re very grateful and can’t recommend enough
Just a lovely hotel. 5-8min walk from the bus terminal, super clean and very big rooms. The staff is very helpful and makes a fire with eucalyptus every evening.
This hotel was absolutely exceptional. We couldn’t fault it in any way. As soon as we arrived, the service was really excellent - we were made to feel so welcome. The best aspect were the rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by them and certainly weren’t expecting them to be so well equipped. There was a kitchenette, hairdryer, blankets, towels, toiletries and a fire (which the staff will light at your request). The location was also fantastic, only 5 minutes from town. The hotel complex was really well maintained and had loads of beautiful pathways to walk along into town. We also loved feeding the alpacas at 10am every morning. Thank you for a great stay!
Best stay ever!!! Martin and his team were so kind and friendly (everyone always said hello when we walked past) and they were very helpful - nothing was too much. The rooms were ideal and had a brilliant view. We wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night!
