Very nice service and place, the owners very nice and helpful, we treated this place as our base for trips within Bolivia an Peru, interesting neighbourhood
I stayed here twice and loved it. The owners are so lovely and go above and beyond. They were so accommodating with my early arrival times allowing me to check in early. The location is great, away from the busy downtown area. Lots of nice bars and restaurants close by and only a few mins away from the cable car.
We felt right at home! Our check-in was very smooth and on time, and we loved the simplicity of the place and the friendliness of the staff. We stayed for three nights in total. Everything was very clean. There are plenty of common areas to relax in, such as a lounge, a dining room, and a garden. We loved the very generous breakfast (pancakes, bread, jam, cereal, fresh fruit, avocados, cheeses, etc.). We were also able to use the washing machine. We left early for Sajama on our last day, and they prepared our breakfast to take away. Absolutely fantastic, we highly recommend it!
[No Staff Available] I stopped by about an hour before check-in to leave my luggage, but no one answered even after ringing the bell multiple times. When I contacted them via chat, I was told, “I had something important to do, please wait a few minutes.” However, no one showed up for quite a while, and I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. There was no proper apology. Instead, I was told that check-in is at 12:00 and that I should come at that time next time. ⸻ [Breakfast Not Served on Time] The next morning, I was told breakfast would start at 8:30. I went down to the dining area, but no one was there. After contacting them, I was told they would come immediately, but in the end, breakfast was only served at 9:30. I was told the delay was due to traffic. Since I had a flight at noon, I couldn’t even relax and enjoy my meal. ⸻ [No Hot Water] On top of that, there was no hot water. When I tried to take a shower late at night, only cold water came out. I didn’t want to bother them late at night, so I went to bed. The next morning, I tried again, but still no hot water—only cold water. I wondered how other guests were dealing with this, but during breakfast, I realized I was the only guest staying there.
Perfect little stay in this beautiful house. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Everything was very clean, and the host was very much accommodating! Would come back with no hesitation
