We went for lunch on a Sunday, pre-booked, a couple of days in advance. We arrived in a very pleasant environment, with a view of Samaipata village. The food was excellent and the chefs (three of them) explained each individual dish, the ingredients and how it was prepared. The wine pairing was excellent. A very pleasant culinary experience. Highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful fine dining experience here. The reservation process was uncomplicated and smooth from the beginning. The host was extremely friendly and shared a lot of interesting information about the drinks and the surrounding area. The chefs were also very kind, and the food was both delicious and exciting. For a European palate, many dishes were especially interesting because we got to try flavors and ingredients we had never experienced before. We highly recommend dining here! (cost for the menu: 350bs)
What a spectacular place! From the food to the furniture - everything is so creative, thoughtful and high quality. We had such a wonderful experience doing the tasting menu. The owner gave us so much interesting information and history with each course and every wine is paired beautifully to compliment the meal. Everything is sourced and made locally and there is so much passion and care put into every detail. I don’t think there is anywhere else like this in Samaipata and it’s such a breath of fresh air to go to place like this for a more elevated experience that still incorporates local culture, customs and ingredients.
