Uyuni Salt Flat Starting from the meeting point, visit the largest salt plain in the world. See the train cemetery and stop in the small town of Colchani. Enjoy lunch in the middle of the Salar de Uyuni. Travel to the Tunupa volcano and watch the sunset. Departure from the city of Uyuni to visit the Train Cemetery and the salt flat. Stop in the small town of Colchani and stop by the plant where artisanal salt is processed. Visit the watering holes and observe the salt extraction. See the Hotel Playa Blanca, one of the first hotels on the salt flat. Take a break and enjoy lunch in the middle of the Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat in the world. Arrive at the foot of the dormant Tunupa volcano and take advantage of this photo opportunity. Observe the wildlife surrounding the area, including flamingos. (depends on the season, in case of rain, entry to the Tunupa volcano and Incahuasi Island is not included due to climatic reasons) 2 Train Cemetery Visit the Train Cemetery, the oldest and longest in the world. Take the opportunity to take photographs in the middle of the desert next to the trains. 3 Colchani You will first enter the Salar from ´Colchani´, where you will make a stop to visit the salt factory. Then you will stop for a while in the salt mountains and visit the Salt Museum. 4 Uyuni Salt Flat Enjoy lunch in the middle of the Uyuni Salt Flat. Today you will also visit the Dakar Salt Monument (representing the annual Dakar Rally race now held in South America) and the Plaza de Banderas or Plaza de la Bandera (a salt platform near the Dakar Monument with flags planted by visitors from all over the world. 5 Tunupa Volcano Travel to the Tunupa volcano and watch the sunset. 6 Incahuasi Island You will enjoy the impressive landscape from the top of Incahuasi Island located in the middle of the salt flat. From this point you can enjoy an incredible 360º view of the Salar and then we head to Uyuni
