Illampu Art Boutique Hotel is a great choice. Open for just over a year, it’s located in the central San Pedro area, offering an excellent location. Getting around is very easy—you can simply walk to most attractions or rely on the government-operated cable car system. As a family-owned and operated hotel, the service is both professional and genuinely warm. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with modern, brand-new facilities that make for a very comfortable stay. The highlight is the rooftop restaurant, which offers nearly 300-degree panoramic views of the city. We just love it! Highly recommended!
Great hotel with awesome location. Family owned and very accommodating. Group of 14 of us landed at 5am and they helped us check in right away. Would recommend if traveling from America (or anywhere)
The Witches’ Market, main attractions, and most tours all start just a few steps away, so it’s super convenient for exploring. I loved the cute design — each floor has its own Bolivian regional theme, which makes the place feel unique. Our room was exactly the one I had requested, spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The only small downside was the shower cabin — a bit unusual compared to what I’m used to in hotels, but it worked fine overall.
