Warm rooms and hot powerful showers. Powerful hairdryer. We ate dinner in the restaurant - there was a good variety on the menu and prices were reasonable. Loved the different salt pictures on the walls in the rooms. Breakfast is served from 7am and consisted of cereal, toast, scrambled eggs, fried eggs (hard), cheese, ham, fruit, yogurt, biscuits, cake and various fruit juices. Hotel has various things made of salt which were really cool to see. Such a unique hotel, we loved it! Could have done with a bath mat to stand on after showering though.
This hotel was AMAZING. Location was perfect, staff was great and best beds we have slept in so far during our trip through South America. I would definitely stay here again. Worth the money for sure
Over all a very nice hotel. Spacious room, very nice bed hot water and the staff were very friendly also moto parking. The only downside that I saw was that the Wi-Fi was very inconsistent and wasn’t working for one of the whole days I was there. For these kind of prices, I would think Wi-Fi should be consistent as I’ve stayed in much cheaper hotels with better upload and download speeds besides that nice experience.
Thank you Hotel Casa de Sal for being so helpful as we had missed our connection and unable to make it to Uyuni as scheduled. The booking process was easy and the changes we had to make were handled quickly by the hotel. We will definitely come back!
his hotel is excellent. Considering the location, price, and the uniqueness of being made of salt, I recommend this hotel the most. There are other salt hotels near the salt flats. However, there is even less around there than you might think. That's why I recommend this hotel, not those ones. This hotel also has a sauna and a jacuzzi. You can use them for free if you stay here. The jacuzzi is not very big, so don't expect too much. However, it feels amazing on a tired body. The only downside is the weak Wi-Fi.
