Had an amazing unplanned stay here. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you Marcello, Marco Murguia for your assistance. A big thank you to Gaby, she is absolutely amazing and the sweetest person. My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Santa Cruz. The hotel’s location is excellent—conveniently situated close to everything you need while still offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The property itself feels very new and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. What truly made the experience stand out was the personalized service. Marcelo was always attentive and professional, but a special thank you goes to Gaby, whose warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santa Cruz and would gladly stay here again.
The room was very nice. Even though Santa Cruz was very hot, the AC in the room was very fast at cooling the room. The breakfast was very tasty especially the different kinds of bread they had. The service was top class, we had a special request in the evening and got it solved within 15 min.
Overall, a good experience for the price. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, although the air conditioning can be a bit annoying as it blows very strongly. The front desk and hotel staff are consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Breakfast is decent and adequate for a business or short stay. There is no room service, but this is not a major inconvenience since there are many nearby restaurants that deliver. The location is a strong point, with coffee shops, restaurants, and other services within walking distance. One area that clearly needs improvement is the taxi service. It is inconsistent—some drivers were poorly presented, one smelled of cigarettes, some cars were not very clean, and on hot, humid days AC was not always available. Overall, a good value hotel, but improving transportation standards would noticeably enhance the guest experience.
