This is a very clean and very comfortable hotel with a very friendly staff. Rooms have TVs and refrigerators plus comfortable beds. Breakfast is very VERY basic, but it's fresh, free and served with a smile . If you're in the area and you're looking for a clean and comfy hotel, I highly recommend this place
Nice warm and comfortable room, hot showers and plenty of blankets. Rodrigo was very attentive and helped us book an early morning taxi to the airport. Couldn’t fault anything with the service or room.
I stayed here twice during my Bolivia trip. The first time because road blockades had restricted access to the airport, and staff at the hotel helped me to plan a safe way to travel through El Alto and to the airport in the early hours. The second time was because of a flight delay. The staff waited for me to arrive during the night and waited outside so that I would feel safe arriving. Comfortable beds and warm rooms, hot showers, easy access to the airport, a little noisy but I felt safe and relaxed. Thank you to the staff for their attention and hospitality.
