First stay I was charged $151 early check in fee, the second stay my room was not ready even though I was more than an hour after check in time. Had to wait over hour. No discount was offered. Called down for blanket, person did not speak English, was hung up on. Had to go back to reception desk to receive blanket
Beautiful place, awesome service. People are so caring and helpful. Everything was so clean and in spot. Food was yummy as well. Overall great experience.
Rooms are a bit dated but good size. Decent pool area except in the shade where all the mosquitos live. Saturday nights are loud because they have an area for event next to pool. Gum is dates and small but has everything you need. Sauna and steam room are really good. Would stay here again
Great location, lovely swimming pool. People are friendly and offer to assist in anything you need. Great for conferences, individuals who need to rest, families who wants to have a vacation.
Oct25- wonderful large and friendly hotel. Artwork and Camino theme is delightful: artist is so talented. The colours pop. Rooms amazing. Staff so helpful. Amenities excellent including an indoor and outdoor pool. Was windy but warm this time of year
