Day 1
10:30 AM - Excursion to Salar de Uyuni.
Meet your guide in Uyuni and start your 3-day adventure. Visit the Train Graveyard, explore the small settlement of Colchani for salt crafts and textiles, and see a hotel and museum entirely made of salt. Place your country's flag at the World Flags, and visit the Dakar Rally Monument. For an additional fee, visit Incahuasi Island.
Enjoy fun perspective-distorted photos on the dazzling white salt flat and experience a stunning sunset with a glass of wine.
First Night: Agencha Hostel - 2, 3, or 4-bed rooms with private bathrooms.
Day 2
Start with an early breakfast and head to the Chiguana Desert surrounded by volcanoes, including the active Ollagüe. Continue to the beautiful Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiarcota Lagoons, watching colorful flamingos.
Lunch en route, then visit the Eduardo Avaroa National Reserve (entry not included). Explore the Siloli Desert and the Rock Tree formation. Stop at the Red Lagoon viewpoint to see flamingos and the intense red lake.
Second Night: Huayllajara Hostel - Shared 6-bed rooms with shared bathrooms.
Day 3
Start early, around 5:00 AM, to visit the Sol de Mañana Geyser (5,000 m) with its steaming fumaroles and boiling mud pots at 150-200°C. Enjoy a bath in an outdoor hot spring at 35°C.
Marvel at the Dali Desert and the vivid colors of the Green and White Lagoons, formed from toxic copper water at the foot of the Licancabur Volcano.
Return to San Pedro de Atacama, Chile. Cross the Bolivian border with the help of your guide and end your adventure at the main square of San Pedro de Atacama.
