Description

In detail Day 1 The excursion begins at 08:00 hours, to go by tourist transport for about 2 hours to the city of Tiwanaku. The first visit will be to the Lithic and Ceramic Museum where archaeological pieces of the Tiwanaku culture are found. Then we will visit the archaeological complex of Tiwanaku (Kalasasaya temple, Puerta del Sol, semi-subterranean temple, Akapana pyramid and Pumapunku). This complete visit lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. After our visit we will have a typical lunch. Finally, transfer by tourist transport to the city of La Paz or to the city of Puno (prior coordination) in this way we finish the tour to Tiahuanaco from Puno.
