Description

If you are in Bolivia you must do this world’s famous biking tour on the Death Road. You will count with professional highly-trained bilingual guides to assist you during the whole day, they check the bikes, give you general tips and safety information for you to have the most memorable time. You start at La Cumbre at 4.700m with a view of amazing snow-covered peaks, the first part is a descent on a paved road, this helps to get used to the bike and on the way, you will pass by some small villages. There are many breaks mainly for the guides to take photos, check the bikes and in general to give you instructions and prepare for what comes next. Second part starts at Chuspipata, which is the beginning point of the actual Death Road, you will notice the change of sceneries, lots of vegetation and trees, you will be riding through some mist, low cloud on a dirt road. As you go down the weather changes from cold to warm, you will go under some amazing small waterfalls and some tiny rivers, so don’t doubt you will get wet. By the time you will get to the end weather will significantly change to very hot, as Yolosita, the place where we finish, is at 1.200m and is the entrance of the bolivian amazon, you will be dirty and very hot, wishing to refresh somewhere nice. To finish this awesome adventure, you will be taken to a very nice hotel, where you can enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, a nice shower and use the swimming pool. This experience is unique in the world and it sums up to count with the best service and assistance on the road, at least that’s what tons of happy customers have said about us.
