Join our experience and explore one of the great natural wonders of the world in 6 unforgettable days from Cusco to San Pedro de Atacama. Travel along the Ruta del Sol during the day from Cusco, arrive in Puno around 5 pm to spend the night, and the next day visit the highest lake in the world, Lake Titicaca, on a full-day tour. Spend the second night in Puno. On the third day, we will travel by private transport to the border, where we will control our entry in immigration in Peru and Bolivia. We will then board private transport to arrive early in La Paz and enjoy the city. In the afternoon, we will take a tour of the Witches' Market and ride the cable cars to enjoy breathtaking views of the city. For example, the city of Cusco is located at an altitude of 3,399 meters (11,152 feet), Puno at 3,827 meters (12,557.77 feet), La Paz El Alto at 4,079 meters, and the Salar de Uyuni ranges between 3,665 and 5,000 meters. During the entire trip, we will only have one night on the bus, so it is important to get a good night's rest so that we can enjoy the experiences to the fullest during the day. For the vast majority of travelers, the trip from La Paz to Uyuni is pleasant and comfortable, and you can sleep well during the night, as the bus has reclining seats, heating, and a bathroom. Upon arrival in the city of Uyuni, we will have a hotel room to shower, have breakfast, prepare our luggage (from 6 a.m. to 9:40 a.m.), and board the 4x4 jeeps at 10:30 a.m. In Uyuni, we will meet up with our team: an experienced 4x4 off-road jeep driver and a bilingual tour guide for three days of one of the most wonderful and unforgettable experiences: the Train Cemetery, the Salar de Uyuni, the Incahuasi Islands and their giant cacti, a night in San Juan or Colcha K in a salt hotel, magical colored lagoons,Laguna Colorada, inhospitable landscapes, wildlife such as vicuñas or huanacos, flamingos, a night in Huayajara in hostels, llamas walking in Abaroa National Park, the Salvador Dali Desert, the Stone Tree, Polques hot springs, and the Sol de Mañana geyser sparkling with hot springs and steam in the morning. Our team will assist you with immigration control at Hito Cajon to board our transport to San Pedro de Atacama, where we will end our 6-day experience in the Andes of Peru and Bolivia.
