Description

Itinerary Pick up at your hotel in Puno at 6:50 am, to go by bus to the Bolivian city of Copacabana. We will cross the border to arrive at our destination around 11:00h. Once there, we will start our walking tour, contemplating the facade of the basilica of the Virgin of Candelaria, from the XVII century, we will discover why this city is an important place of pilgrimage in the country. Afterwards, we will make a stop to recharge our batteries and enjoy a delicious lunch of chicken or trout and a drink. We will then head to the port where a boat will be waiting for us to take us to the Isla del Sol, enjoy the incredible views of Lake Titicaca! When we disembark, we will start a guided tour of approximately 2 hours. Is it true that in this area is the fountain of eternal youth? We will reveal it to you and we will delve into the origins of the Inca culture, admiring millenary sanctuaries. At the end of the visit to the Island of the Sun, we will take the boat to return to Copacabana. From there we will return by transport to Puno, where we will arrive approx. at 20:30.
