Learn how to cook traditional Bolivian dishes with a cooking class in Cochabamba. Brief introduction to Bolivian food to choose your 3-course menu. Head to the kitchen and learn how to prepare a traditional Bolivian appetizer with fresh vegetables from the market. Then, knead and prepare baked empanadas with a selection of fillings. Continue with your choice of 3 typical Bolivian dishes, such as Pique Macho, Silpancho, or Charque. Conclude the class by serving your dishes with high-altitude wines and/or singani.
