Description
The tour begins with a hotel pickup in Uyuni at 4:00 pm, followed by travel into the Salar de Uyuni to reach a prime sunset viewing location. During the wait for sunset, guests can take photographs of the salt flats.
After sunset, you will observe and photograph the expansive Milky Way across the clear night sky. The tour concludes with a return to Uyuni, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, bus terminal, or airport.
Note: The salt flat is highly reflective, and during the rainy season (December to May), a thin layer of water creates a natural mirror effect. Tours run year-round except during the full moon when star visibility is limited due to moonlight brightness.
