Description

The tour starts with a hotel pick-up in Copacabana at 08:00. From the pier, you will cross Lake Titicaca to reach the southern part of the Sun Island. Here, visit Pikokaina, also known as the Temple of the Sun.

Next, explore the southern section of the Sun Island, including the Inca-era Yumani stairs, which lead to the fountain of eternal youth and the Inca garden. Afterward, return to the pier and take a boat to Challapampa to visit the Chinkana and the Sacred Rock, associated with the sun star and the origins of Andean culture according to local mythology.

Then, continue to the Moon Island to see its archaeological remains, including the Temple of the Moon and the house of the Virgins of the Sun. The tour concludes with a return boat trip to Copacabana, arriving around 17:00.
