After pickup in the city center, the tour begins with a stop at the Mining Market, where you can purchase dynamite, alcohol, and coca leaves as gifts for the miners you'll meet underground.
The mine visits take place at the base of Cerro Rico de Potosí. Inside the mines, you will observe miners working using methods unchanged for generations. The tour explores various galleries and levels, showcasing statues built by miners of their deities, including El Tío de la Mina (the devil). You will also see mineral veins, chimneys, and experience daily mining activities alongside the workers.
