Description

The tour begins with hotel pickup in La Paz, followed by a drive passing El Alto, South America’s fastest-growing city. Observe ongoing construction projects while approaching the Cordillera Real. After reaching the Palcoco village, continue on dirt roads leading up the valley toward the Condoriri range.

At Laguna Chira Khota, turn left to follow a trail ascending to the Austria Peak summit at 17,388 feet. After enjoying mountain views, return down the valley to the vehicle for a transfer back to your hotel. The full experience includes a 2 to 3-hour drive, a 6 to 8-hour trek, and a boxed lunch.
