Fratelli Corp Apart Hotel
Bolivia

One of the best options in the southern area with everything you need just steps away!
Firstly make sure you have the correct hotel there's two Fratelli Hotels not that far apart but far enough to be annoying if you have luggage. The hotels are part of the same group, which makes it even more frustrating. Once in the room we had tea making facilities but no kettle. In the morning the shower was cold and did not drain properly. We were told it takes 5 minutes to heat up, but the drain was indeed blocked. We got moved and then found out breakfast was being served at the other hotel. We complained and they brought it from the other hotel to us 1 hour after the order went in even though we we're told it would take 30 mins an hour later it arrived and of course the eggs were freezing cold. From the previous room my wife's rucksack had picked up a suspicious looking white powder from the wardrobe that hadn't been cleaned properly we were assured it was building dust. The next few days improved and the terrace breakfast area is a highlight and the breakfast itself was very adequate. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.Given the problems in Bolivia currently I will definitely give them a pass and we would stay again.
I can't understand the negative reviews. The bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately not clean. The shower was good. The location was safe, but during rush hour it was an hour away from the city center! The staff wasn't very friendly, and checkout was done with suspicion. The packed lunch was a disappointment. There was only one towel for two people, and the paid refrigerator/minibar was out of order. The kitchen was poorly equipped.
The service and attention were excellent overall; my only complaint was that I couldn't get a hot shower in the middle of the night. The staff was very attentive and helpful, fulfilling every request.
