Beautiful hotel with very friendly and polite staff. The breakfast is delicious. I spent almost two weeks and I absolutely adored this place. The pool area is wonderful. I enjoyed the gym and the hydro massage area (jacuzzis). This is included with your room reservation, you just need to make a reservation ahead of time. I noticed that they cleaned and sanitized each one after it was used. We were allowed to do a late check out with no extra charge. Overall it’s an amazing and very clean place to stay.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Gentleman (black hair, glasses) at the reception was friendly, helpful and attentive to our special requests. He spoke English very well. Hotel is well located with spacious, clean and cozy rooms, beautiful garden and pool area. During international women’s day there was a special breakfast at 10th floor with a view of all city. Small grocery shop is located nearby if you need anything.
Amazing hotel in the center of Santa Cruz. Eveything you may need including a spa. You can even eat by the pool side. Will definitely return.
The best hotel I have ever stayed at! It's so familiar, people are kind and caring. I got sick and they let me do the check out later in the day. Food was delicious and the areas were spacious and very useful. I totally recommend it. Do not miss the experience!
Fantastic hotel Great service .The staff are incredible .Yaniza( manager/ encargada) is outstanding .I have stayed here many times and it is always great .They looked after me when I was sick .I cannot recommend this hotel and it's facilities more it is simply outstanding .
