The bar's ambiance is pleasant and the place has potential, but the service leaves much to be desired. On more than one occasion, the service has been inconsistent: for example, they don't have glass tumblers, and when we asked for one (seeing that other tables did), we were refused without explanation. Furthermore, on another visit, we were asked to move to give priority to other customers, which we found inconsiderate. These are details that, although small, affect the experience and make one feel unwelcome. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service, because the place really could be much better.
