Description
At 7:00 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel in Puno and head to the port, where we will board a speedboat that will take us across Lake Titicaca. A very special route! After just 20 minutes of travel, we will reach the first floating island of the Uros. We will get off the boat and take a guided tour to learn about the culture, traditions and customs of this ancient Peruvian town. Did you know that it was one of the first civilizations of the Andean highlands? After touring this impressive artificial archipelago, we will return to the boat and sail to the island of Taquile, the largest in the area. Once there, we will embark on a one-hour trekking route along a stone path that will take us to the most spectacular viewpoints on the island. You will have Lake Titicaca at your feet! After this walk, we will leave you an hour of free time to eat at a restaurant in the area. At 1:30 p.m. we will begin the descent to the boat that will take us back to Puno. We will end the excursion arriving at your hotel at 4:00 p.m.Includes
