I loved the classes; I felt very comfortable and well looked after by the instructors. They are very professional and attentive to every movement, ensuring I performed the exercises correctly and avoided injury.
It is a modern pilates center that also has wonderful Pilates equipament. Adriana offers a kind service and Marcelo is the best teacher of all.
I'd never done Pilates before... and now I don't think I'll ever stop! The studio has a great vibe, and everything contributes to making you feel comfortable and eager to come back. Classes are held in small groups, which allows the instructors to give each participant individual attention. Adriana and instructor Marcelo are very kind and flexible in understanding the students' needs! Highly recommended!
Excellent place to exercise, good instructors, friendly service, and the instructors take the time and care to teach. It's a very clean place.
